The PostNord is different from other postal services, they haven’t published PostNord postage rates on their website to the public. But they do have a Postage Calculator.
The Postage Calculator of PostNord is easy to use. When you open the Postage Calculator page, you can get the postage rates on the same page after two options. Here are a user guide of PostNord Postage Calculator.

Step 2: Get the result. You can get the postage rates of Letter, Quick Letter, Postal Parcels Collect bought via Online and Postal Parcels with Home Delivery at the same time.

Letter
- Delivered to the recipient within 5 weekdays
Quick Letter
- Delivered next weekday
- Price includes 25 % VAT
- Must be handed in at a post office
- Pay with digital postage or franking mark
- Cannot be paid with ordinary stamps
- Mark with the letter Q if you use digital postage
- Can be bought online and at selected post offices
Postal Parcels Collect bought via Online
- Delivered to a Pakkeboks parcel locker or a post office for collection from Monday to Saturday
- Print Parcel Postage label at home or Pakkeboks
- If the length of the parcel is 120 to 150 cm, a volume surcharge is applied.
- Maximum dimensions if delivered to a Pakkeboks parcel locker: 35 x 37 x 60 cm
- Max weight 20 kg
- Trackable via secure Track & Trace system
- Parcels are insured after weight. Maximum indemnity is approx. 400 kr. for a parcel weighing 1 kg and up to approx. 1500 kr. for a parcel weighing 20 kg.
Postal Parcels with Home Delivery
- Delivered next weekday
- Delivered to the recipient’s address
- If the length of the parcel is 120 to 150 cm, a volume surcharge is applied – use online parcel postage.
- Trackable via secure Track & Trace system
- Parcels are insured after weight. Maximum indemnity is approx. 400 kr. for a parcel weighing 1 kg and up to approx. 1500 kr. for a parcel weighing 20 kg.
