  1. Amazon Order #9366013. I placed this order and selected that it be delivered on Saturday, October 12, when I would be home from work. Last weekend, someone took it upon themself to change my delivery date to today, Tuesday, October 8th. I went to considerable trouble to contact and make sure that someone would call me at my work number so that I might get home to receive the delivery. I was called yesterday afternoon by BLUE TRUCKING, at my work number, verifying that this was the right number to call. I changed my carpenter’s plans so that he might be able to work on the project Wednesday. I waited all day between the allotted time span, got no call, and when I called them, said “Oh, sorry, we forgot to call, so they have left out of the area and won’t be back until Friday.” I am pissed, and hungry, as I did not go to lunch waiting on the phone call that never came. This is not good service, and I will let Amazon know about it.

  2. A small parcel 500grams was posted from Brisban Australia on the 09-03-2021, tracking No,CF139220889AU. It is about one and a half month Idid not receive the parcel or any information about this delivery. Please help me in this matter. Thankig You.

  3. Sent parcel to France. On arrival daughter stated parcel had been opened and item removed. Whom do I contact to see who / where item was removed pre delivery
