  1. I have made several attempts to find the status of a package I mailed from Houston, Texas USA to the Philippines. I only have the tracking number from the USPS. Can anyone be of assistance?

  3. Please help me track my package that was shipped from Manila to New Jersey on Cape Magnus voyage # 1618-15N on August 10, 2017. This vessel arrived in New Jersey on October 6, 2017. USPS database did not show any record of it. I actually had 3 packages, only 2 arrived to destination. These were mailed on June 29, 2017 and departed Manila via Cape Magnus on August 10, 2017. My question is what happened to the missing package? This is the tracking number: CP101574034PH. The info given to us in the post office was Cape Magnus vessel 1618-15N. Dispatch # 4 bag #66 67 68. Page 12 line 8 9 10. Please help.

It says- unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient incorrect documentation. Whenever I track it says “customer enquiry lodged” They told me that it was a failed delivery but no one went to my house EVER. It’s a shipment from Australia to the Philippines.     To date, I have been waiting for the delivery of an item from Japan with tracking no. EJ751225917JP which was posted on 10 July 2020 and arrived at Manila Ctrl Mail Exchange Center Express on 22 July 2020. Research made shows that said item was released from import customs and until now being held at destination import office since 23 July 2020. What has been causing the delay in delivery? Its been almost three (3) months already and making phone follow-up with PHILPOST is really an AGONY. Is timely release of delivery not covered by PHILPOST’s ARTA?

I have been trying to get update of my shipment sent from saudi arabia to my province which arrived in manila last sept 22 and was shipped out in september 24 going to my my province but until now the parcel is still in transit. since september 29 i sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] in october 1, both received no response. i have trying to call manila post office several times starting october 4 and all the response were the parcel was already shipped since september 24. also, updating from our provincial post office, they have not received the parcel still.

    Even trying to contact EMS cargo but the number is not reachable/wrong.

    for the sake of taking the express service and domestic transport, can we have a clear status of our package.
